Delivery

Cash on delivery across Bangladesh. Inside Dhaka usually takes 1–2 working days, outside Dhaka 2–5 working days.

Delivery charge: ৳70 inside Dhaka, ৳130 outside Dhaka.

We call to confirm every order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, the order may be cancelled.

Open the parcel in front of the delivery person. If the item is wrong or damaged, return it on the spot, or tell us within 48 hours with photos.

You can exchange the size within 7 days of delivery if the tupi is unused and the label and packaging are intact.

The customer pays delivery for an exchange. If we sent the wrong size or item, we cover all costs.

For a wrong or faulty item, after we receive it back we replace it or refund you by bKash within 7 days.

We do not refund a change of mind on a correct, undamaged item, but you can exchange the size.

Bulk orders made in your colours or with your label cannot be returned. Manufacturing defects are replaced.
